Delivery

Delivery in Hong Kong

• Free delivery to one address will be offered for any net purchase amount of HK$400 or above.

• For orders under $400, there is a shipping fee of HK$50 for one address.

• Your order will be processed between 1 to 2 working days and the estimated delivery time is about 2 to 7 working days under normal circumstances. Once your order is shipped, an email with the tracking information will be sent to you.

• All orders are shipped via SF Express. Please refer to Rules and Regulations for shipping and delivery.  You may contact SF express at 852 27300273 or access www.sf-express.com for more information.

Self Pick-up

• Self pick-up service is free on all orders without a minimum purchase.

• Once your order is ready for pick-up from our office, you will receive a pick-up notification email.

• Self pick-up location is our office. The address can be found at the bottom of our site.

• Our normal business hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30AM – 1:00PM and 2:00PM – 5:00PM (except public holidays)

• Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to “Return and Exchange ”for details.

Delivery outside Hong Kong

• Please contact us directly at Cass Artistry (852 34272282) for shipping rates and other details.

Delay in Delivery

• Cass Artistry cannot be held responsible for shipment delay, damages, lost or stolen by accident, and custom clearance. Customers need to consider the risks of delivery by delivery services or companies.

Additional Charges

• Cass Artistry is not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, customs, etc. charges you may incur.

• We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder. We disclaim any liability whatsoever and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use.

• Alternatively, you are free to choose other delivery services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. In case you wish to use a forwarder which is different from our own suggestion, please contact our Customer Service Representative. The delivery time may take longer and there maybe additional charges if you choose your own forwarder.

• Delivery time may vary if typhoon number 8 or above is hoisted or when black rainstorm warning is issued. Thank you for your understanding.
